Laphroaig 10 years, distilled in the same way today as when Ian Hunter invented more than 75 years ago. It is the basis of all other expressions of Laphroaig. When making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a fire of peat. The smoke of this peat, found only in Islay, gives Laphroaig a particularly rich flavor. Those who appreciate the 10 year old will first notice the audacious and smoky flavor, followed by a hint of seaweed and an amazing sweetness. This full-bodied variant is the basis of all Laphroaig expressions and comes with a long finish.

The Singleton brand encompasses three distilleries: Duffton, Glen Ord and Glendullan. Singleton Malte Whiskey has a dominant characteristic of its fruity and smooth flavor, perfectly balanced with notes of yellow sugar and toasted nuts. With a balanced spirit, Singleton was matured in Sherry and Bourbon oak casks, creating a rich range of smooth whiskeys with layers and layers of flavor, because in Dufftown the taste is everything. The names of these whiskeys are inspired by the colorful world of sport fishing, which is very traditional on the Spey River in Scotland.
