Rum Zacapa Centenario XO

Produced in Guatemala, Rum Zacapa is a blend of distilled runs, aged between 6 and 25 years, in the Solera system, which consists of barrels that previously contained bourbon, delicate shavings, fine wines Pedro Ximenez and Cognac. It features a perfectly balanced combination of sweetness, spices and fruits, being a delight for a “connoisseur” and the ultimate expression of Master Blender art. It shows a light brownish color with greenish highlights. A very open nose, with a wealth of aromas evolving in a great balance of notes of roasted oak, burnt caramel, walnuts, marzipan and orange peel, with a delicate floral note. On the palate it has a wonderfully complete and satisfying balance of sweetness, fruit and spice; long, smooth and sweet, with a bouquet of flavors of dark chocolate, cherry, dried fruit (sultanas), oak, cloves, vanilla and cinnamon.
