Depaz Port Cask Finish
Depaz Port Cask Finish is matured for at least 8 years in specially selected small oak barrels. It is then finished for 11 months in Port wine casks that give it rich aromas of fig and cooked fruit. Delicately structured oak notes with vanilla, chocolate and ripe fruits. Soft oak flavor, followed by vanilla and chocolate pastry. Notes of mature Port develop, velvety with hazelnut, dried fruits, cocoa and rose jam. The finish reveals lingering notes of subtle jasmine, coffee and plum.
Plantation Jamaica Clarendon MSP 2007
Jamaica 2007 produced at the legendary Clarendon Distillery and enhanced by our double aging technique. This unique expression is aged for 13 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica and matured for a further 2 years in Ferrand French oak barrels in southwest France. Rich fruity profile with aromas of melon, ripe guava and delicate spicy notes.
Zacapa 23 anos
Rum Zacapa features a dark mahogany color with a nose full of apricots, citrus fruits, cacao, vanilla and bourbon; dense, with wonderful complexities of aroma and flavor. Great intensity on the nose, with sweet notes of wood. Sweet fruity flavor, vanilla, almonds, chocolate, toasted wood and delicate spice suggestions. Dense and exceptionally balanced, with a very long flavor. Attractive and suggestive ending; elegant and noble.
