Gin Sharish is based on a local recipe of traditionally Portuguese ingredients such as juniper and coriander seeds, including orange, lemon and fresh lime. The signature and charisma of Gin is obtained through the singular presence of Esmolfe’s brave apple, a PDO (or Protected Denomination of Origin) product since 1994.

Deau VSOP
Ripe and aromatic, Deau VSOP is the result of a harmonious blend of eaux-de-vie from the best cognac fruits. Delicate and floral, this elegant VSOP matured in our oak barrels for many years before reaching the maturity required for assembly. It presents an elegant and floral bouquet of aromas. In the mouth we find sweet notes of honey and cinnamon, and other richer notes of chocolate and leather.
Rémy Martin Louis XIII

Its name pays homage to King Louis XIII, as it was during his reign that the Rémy Martin family settled in the region of Cognac. His iconic decanter is a replica of a canteen discovered on the battlefield in Jarnac. These are some of the reasons that lead Louis XIII to be considered the King of Cognacs. Contains sulfites.
Deau Louis Memory
Deau Louis Memory, a supreme cognac, round and balanced, with exceptional generosity in the mouth. Created in honor of Louis Deau, born in 1665, who settled in the Cognac region in the 17th century. The Louis Memory cuvée is produced mainly from Grande Champagne brandy, very old, very rich in aromas, denotes subtle flavors: dried fruit, honey, cigar box, vanilla, cinnamon. In the mouth it is rich and generous and of exceptional duration.
Hayman’s Gently Rested
Hayman's Gently Rested Gin is wonderfully smooth, rounded and well balanced, with spicy and spicy notes from the dominant botanists - juniper and coriander - increasing your individuality. Soft and rounded yet complex, Gently Rested Gin is wonderful paired with any number of cheeses. Its slightly spicy finish is an excellent combination for smooth and creamy Wigmore cheese, although it robustly resists even the strongest flavors.

Matured in specially selected oak casks for over twenty-one years, The Antiquary 21 Year Old is a smooth blend of rare distinction, containing only the finest Scottish malt and grain whiskeys. Fresh and invigorating aroma, very malty sweet – molasses caramel with notes of bitter orange and lemon. Full, smooth flavor with a warm syrupy sweetness, explosion of malty flavors. Very long and satisfying heather honey flavor. Aftertaste with dry oak spices.
