Bombay Sapphire launches a new star, Bombay Star, a new premium gin. This gin is produced through a prolonged distillation, made in batches using the vapour infusion process. This is a slow process, and the result translates into exceptional smoothness and enhanced flavours. It has a translucent colour and a strong, fresh aroma that evokes ripe juniper and rich notes of citrus and floral fragrance. The flavour is balanced, harmonious with bold notes of juniper and citrus, a soft roundness with aromatic spices and deep floral notes of ambrette.
