This gin is part of a recipe filled with Portuguese ingredients, from the Bravo de Esmolfe DOP Apple to the Alentejo oranges and lemons, along with the fresh Lucia-Lima, and the traditional juniper and coriander seeds are added, together with cinnamon, cloves. and a soft touch of vanilla. All these ingredients are distilled separately in a traditional Portuguese still and then subjected to a final blend.
