Gin Oxley London Dry

Oxley Dry is one of the few gins that are cold distilled. Typically, gins are distilled at a temperature of around 80 °C. Oxley introduced a new technique: distillation at -5 °C and under vacuum. This way, the flavour of the spices remains completely intact. Production takes place on a small scale, to monitor the quality of each bottle of gin. Oxley Dry is a gin for gin enthusiasts, with a taste unlike any other. It is worth trying, especially since only 240 bottles are produced per day, so this gin is hard to come by.
