Elephant Sloe

Gin Pablo is produced in Portugal following the strict rules of Traditional London Dry Gin. The final distillate has an alcohol content of approximately 80% which will later be diluted to 43% before bottling. The marriage between the various ingredients is achieved through the maceration time and the care and patience in the distillation. A batch of Pablo takes 2 days to be ready to be bottled.

The 10 carefully selected ingredients are placed in grain alcohol for 24 hours before distillation to allow the flavors of botanists to develop their potential. Master Distiller handles gin during distillation to ensure that the course is continuously high quality.

Nolet's Silver Dry Gin sees classic botanicals (juniper, liquorice, citrus and orris root) meet rather contemporary botanicals like white peach, raspberry and Turkish rose, carried on a wheat-based spirit. A very curious, intriguing gin.
