Five times distilled, the pure spirit gently extracts the soul of red fruits, spices, botanicals and tropical citrus fruit peels individually during the last distillation, and then they are mixed to create a perfect balance between flavors and aromas.
It is then kept for a minimum of 6 months in Rum Dictador’s used oak barrels in order to develop the soft character of this unique Aged Caribbean Gin.

Produced from the highest quality cereals and contains extracts of 13 plants: traditional zimbro, coriander and angelica are added lemon peel, cassis, licorice, cinnamon, almond and orange root. Also contains extracts of gardenia and bergamot - which are immediately recognizable in the aroma. Gin London No. 1 reveals a turquoise color - 'The Gin Original Blue', marked by balsamic and spicy notes. Black Pig Montado Alentejano
It is a dry gin, unique in the world, representing the identity of the Alentejo and an incomparable ecosystem, the Alentejo montado. Triple distilled in a traditional copper still, from the acorn and holm oak, together with carob, walnuts and other organic botanists from the region. The Distillery is inserted in the Montado Alentejano, in the middle of the Alentejo Coast, where the black pig is raised in freedom, reason that originated the name of the gin.
