Rémy Martin VSOP is a blend of “eaux-de-vie” exclusively from vines that offer an exceptional aging potential: Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, which define the AOC certification of Cognac Fine Champagne. The new expression of the Rémy Martin VSOP comes from the finishing period of the “eaux-de-vie”, after the final blending, at the end of the aging process. This period, which occurs exclusively in adult limousin oak limousines with more than 20 years, highlights the fruity notes: it is called Mature Cask Finish. Its balance and magnificent well-developed taste are to savor pure, with ice or in perfect combinations like Rémy Martin Tonic. Contains sulfites.
