The brandy Velha Vínica Primavera Capuchinha has a crystalline tone and topaz color. This brandy was distilled twice from selected wines and then aged in French oak barrels. Wine brandy is complex on the palate, with notes of roasted dried fruit, with a fine and refined taste. High quality brandy, obtained from the distillation of new wines from the Baga and Castelão grape varieties in a charantês still and aged in national and American oak casks for 8 years.

After the distillation process, the brandy is subjected to aging in French oak casks, with the final blend having an average age of 6 years of aging. Golden in color and limpid in appearance, aroma of toasted notes of coffee and nuts, surrounded by soft notes of wood. Smooth, velvety flavor and very rich in aromas. Contains sulfites.

In the nose, Aliança Velha gathers an intense and fruity character with notes of oak and spices. On the palate, powerful flavors suggest grilled almonds, supported by notes reminiscent of fresh grapes and a velvety texture. A brandy to enjoy pure, either as a long drink (mixed with ginger ale or tonic water, for example) or in a cocktail.
