Setenta marks maturity, the root as deep as the height of the crown, balance and stability. From the oldest strains in Beira Interior, we selected the best grapes that, after slow fermentation, were distilled in our century-old still, culminating this journey in patient aging in heavily toasted French oak barrels. An old wine brandy, with complex aromas and a smooth character, where wood stands out with notes of vanilla and chocolate. Limited edition of 4,000 bottles.

This brandy was obtained from an early harvest of the berry variety, in the majority of the vines, exclusively for the production of brandy, and the decanting of the white wines. It was distilled in our charentais still and aged for 25 years in new 50 liter barrels of wood in the zone of greater thermal amplitude of the Cellar. Contains sulfites.
Adega de Borba Aguardente Vínica Reserva
In addition to its notoriety in the production of Alentejo wines, Adega de Borba has always had a great tradition in producing quality spirits, using and selecting wines and fermented wine pastas in the Borba region. ACB is a brandy obtained by distilling white wine, mainly from the Roupeiro variety, produced in the 2015 harvest. It has a bright golden color. Young aroma, citrus fruit, raisins and light honey. Fresh in taste, youthful in acidity, citrus fruits, sweet mango, white plum raisin and an excellent final greasiness. Contains sulfites.

In the nose, Aliança Velha gathers an intense and fruity character with notes of oak and spices. On the palate, powerful flavors suggest grilled almonds, supported by notes reminiscent of fresh grapes and a velvety texture. A brandy to enjoy pure, either as a long drink (mixed with ginger ale or tonic water, for example) or in a cocktail.
