The grapes are vinified separately, being driven to rotating fermentation deposits “Vinimatic”, where they remain 4 hours, in low rotation, in order to obtain a gentle extraction of color. After this period the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where it remains about 12 months until the “degorgement”. Contains sulfites.
