The Espumante Demas Lands Malvasia fino is the result of our passion for quality sparkling wines. With an improved production method we were able to create an award winning sparkling wine with a recognized quality. Of clear appearance and with fine and persistent bubble, the vinification of this product occurs in system of “Open spout” with settling and fermentation at low controlled temperatures. The maturation and aging of this sparkling wine takes place according to a slow evolution, with roundness of fruity peaks after 12 months. Complex aromas occur in the later stage of aging. The Malvasia Fina Demas Lands Sparkling is ideal for accompanying seafood, oysters, fish, poultry and white meats.

Monte da Ravasqueira Grande Reserva Brut Nature White
Ravasqueira Espumante Grande Reserva is made exclusively from grapes of the Alfrocheiro variety, harvested by hand and produced according to the traditional method, with the second fermentation in the bottle, where it aged on the lees for 48 months. It presents a Brut Nature style as it is the best way to express the full potential of the grape variety and the terroir where it is planted. This wine is the result of an exercise of dedication, passion and art, as is the case with the ancient Arraiolos carpets, existing in Monte da Ravasqueira since the beginning of the 16th century and which are honored through the graphic elements on each bottle. . Contains sulfites.
Freixenet Prosecco Extra Dry White
Freixenet Prosecco is unique and delicious. The whole grape is lightly pressed and the must therefore begins a process of slow cold fermentation. In this way, they better preserve the delicate aromas and freshness of the grape. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The result, after a few weeks, is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with natural sugars. It presents a straw yellow color with vivid effervescence and fresh aromas of citrus fruits, apples and flowers. In the mouth it is clean and fresh with ripe lemon, green apple and grapefruit. The end is fresh and light. Contains sulfites.
Cartuxa Bruto Rose
After careful selection of the grapes and harvest at the ideal point of maturation, the base wine fermented in a stainless steel tank, with controlled temperature, after direct pressing. Aging on fine lees for 6 months with periodic batónnage. Second fermentation in bottle, by the classic method, followed by aging on lees and intermediate batônnages for 19 months, in the cellars of Convento da Cartuxa. Contains sulfites.
