Grapes chosen for the preparation of the base. Slight cold skin maceration in the pneumatic press before fermentation at 16ºC for 18 days, with batonnage for 30 days after fermentation. Sparkling by the classic method, it spent 18 months on the lees. In the tasting it reveals a good complexity of aromas, in the mouth it presents freshness and acidity, which the grape varieties that gave it origin confer. Contains sulfites.
