Turly -looking sparkling wine due to natural suspension sediment. Opacity is intensified over the course of the service. Abundant foam and very thin bubble. Currently has notes of green apple and mineral pointing in the nose. Creamy mouth of great intensity. Evolution and dynamic are the word of touch of this wine.
