Messias Bruto Rosé
The Messias Bruto Rosé is a vibrant expression of the Bairrada region, where the clay-limestone terroir provides a unique identity to the creations of Caves Messias. This sparkling wine reflects the winery’s dedication to the region’s flagship grape variety, resulting in a wine that balances the tradition of the classic method with a contemporary and captivating freshness.
The production involves a careful selection of Baga grapes, followed by a gentle pressing to extract only the best fractions of the free-run must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with the second fermentation carried out in the bottle according to the traditional method, ensuring fine bubbles and the desired complexity.
