The Messias Baga & Arinto Bruto is a sparkling wine that reflects the excellence of the terroir of Bairrada, sourced from a careful selection of grapes from Quinta do Valdoeiro. Produced using the traditional method, this wine benefits from clay-limestone soils that give it a unique identity and a vibrant structure.
The winemaking involves total destemming and rigorous fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The second fermentation takes place in bottle, followed by prolonged aging sur lees, a fundamental process for developing its complexity and sensory elegance.
