Grilos Bruto White is a sparkling wine that reflects the dedication and rigor of Portuguese wine production. Crafted from a careful selection of Arinto, Bical, and Maria Gomes grape varieties, this sparkling wine benefits from a unique terroir that provides distinctive freshness and elegance.
Its production follows the strict classic method, beginning with crushing and total destemming followed by soft pneumatic pressing. After alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures, the wine matures for 12 months in the cellar, with an additional month after degorgement, ensuring the desired complexity and harmony.
