Fiúza 3 Castas Nature White
Fiúza 3 Castas Nature White is a vibrant expression of the Tejo region’s terroir, where clay and clay-limestone soils impart a unique freshness to the grapes. This sparkling wine results from a careful harvest in late August, aiming to preserve the aromatic vivacity of the selected grape varieties.
The production focuses on technical precision, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature of 14ºC. This process ensures that the essence of the Sauvignon, Arinto, and Vital varieties is maintained, resulting in a balanced and refreshing wine.
