A concept for wines that happen. For unique conditions in unique years. Through constant restlessness, it defies all standards. They could be called “collection wines,” but they are mostly wines to be found, and above all discovered. The tests on foaming were recaptured in the 30s and 40s of the last century, carried out by the late Dr. Mário Pato. Attempts have been made to reproduce in these bottles a legacy, left in the memories of Casa da Passarella. This sparkling wine was elaborated, as at the time, by the classical method and with the use of the Baga variety. Once again, it is respect for tradition to open new paths. Contains sulfites.
