Salmon color, the aroma impresses by the great delicacy aromatic, with the stage in bottle to give it complexity and to fine tune everything. Palate with delicate, light floral fruit, spices, in a super fresh set. Precise finale, very sophisticated, full of class, who does not seem to be as old as he is. Contains sulfites.

Kompassus Magnum Bruto Rose
Harvest the last week of August. Balanced maturation, with 3-pass harvest. Fermentation at controlled temperature 14ºC. Grapes transported in perforated boxes of 15 kg. Dehydrated grapes followed by skin maceration. Pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Stage on lees about 4 years. Dégorgement without added sugar - Brut Nature. With Baga and Touriga, it has a beautiful color of onion peel and a very fine, expressive but at the same time delicate aroma, with wild berries. The aromatic delicacy contrasts with the explosive mouth, resulting in a sparkling full of luster and flavor. Contains sulfites.
Freixenet Prosecco Extra Dry White
Freixenet Prosecco is unique and delicious. The whole grape is lightly pressed and the must therefore begins a process of slow cold fermentation. In this way, they better preserve the delicate aromas and freshness of the grape. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The result, after a few weeks, is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with natural sugars. It presents a straw yellow color with vivid effervescence and fresh aromas of citrus fruits, apples and flowers. In the mouth it is clean and fresh with ripe lemon, green apple and grapefruit. The end is fresh and light. Contains sulfites.
