Aging on lees for 2 months in stainless steel tanks. The grapes are harvested by hand, and then they are destemmed, followed by cold maceration of the skins for 12 hours, then do a soft pressing. It passes through a double fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Soft aroma, light mineral and subtle notes of wild flowers, citrus fruits, lemon peel, apricot, pear, apple, nuts, honey, vanilla, rosemary and thyme. Smooth, fresh, complex and well balanced flavor with a creamy texture and a slight depth on the palate. Contains sulfites.

The production secrets and the vinification method of this cuvée go back to the origins of the House of BILLECART-SALMON and have been handed down for seven generations. The Brut Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs White
Clear and bright. Opalescent with green tinges and a persistent mousse. Generous in the nose, but also delicate aromas fill the nose: lilac blossom and young white fruits such as peach and grapefruit. Orange, vanilla and cream confit tips bring subtle richness to the bouquet. Palate, the attack is cool, racy and alluring. In the mouth it is delicate and dynamic, with a beautiful length that seduces the palate. Contains sulfites.
