Manual harvest and then transported in boxes (max 150Kg). Alcoholic fermentation, maceration at a temperature of approximately 28-30 ° C. 4-year aging in old wooden casks. This is the old category called Vintage Character. It is a blend of the best Rubies of each year, which due to the fact that they are “used to” oxygenation, is a wine suitable for serving at home. In fact, this wine manages to preserve the characteristics of a great new and fresh Port for a long time after opening. With a strong ruby color, this wine has a great fragrance of red fruits, while in the mouth it already has aromas that tend to spices and dry fruits, maintaining however the liveliness of a Porto Jovem. Very engaging and with great character, it displays an excellent and complex finish, only possible in high quality Ports. Contains sulfites.

Produced with the best grapes coming from the two properties of the company, in the Douro Superior and Ervedosa do Douro, this is an intense wine with cherries, chocolate and a touch of tobacco. Rich, complex and balanced, with ripe tannins and a long finish. Accompany well all types of meats and game, as well as a wide variety of cheeses. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Seara D’Ordens 20 Anos Tawny
100% destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging of the various lots in oak barrels that make up this wine, on average, is over 20 years. Burgundy color with topaz reflections with bouquet aroma pronounced with notes of fruit like orange and plum, ends with notes of nuts and vanilla. Flavor velvety, rich, complex, with notes of spices and nuts. Contains sulfites.
