Aging in large wooden vats, and can be bottled in the fourth or sixth year after harvest.Vinification according to the traditional method of Port wine. After partial destemming, the grapes are crushed in stone presses. Fermentation under controlled temperature interrupted by the addition of brandy. It has a violet color. On the nose an intense aroma of black cherry and chocolate. Powerful in the mouth with notes of spices, ripe fruit, balanced tannins. Contains sulfites.
