Quinta do Noval Colheita 2007 Tawny

Aged in oak casks until bottled. Beautiful amber color. Very intense and concentrated, this 2007 vintage presents a harmonious and very rich aromatic mixture. Spicy and raisin notes along with roasted almonds and younger fruity flavours. Some citrus notes combined with its minerality and velvety texture make it a very lively, wonderful and seductive wine to drink right away. Contains sulfites.

This Port is characterized by the balance between freshness and alcohol. Total disengagement and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Stage of 5 months in stainless steel and 2 months in bottle. It is a wine that allows to increase the varietal character of the grapes that were vinified, enhancing the aromas and the acidity of the wine. In the proof presents pale white color, fruity aroma and in the mouth very soft and fresh.

Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature with slight maceration, interrupted by the addition of brandy. Aging in stainless steel vats. Straw yellow color, floral aroma, citrus, with tropical nuances. Fresh, smooth and persistent palate. Light and fresh dry white Port. Excellent delicious and refreshing aperitif, ideal for hot days. Contains sulfites.
