The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with one day of pre-fermentation maceration followed by two days of fermentation. This superb Baron de Vilar Tawny of age aged and matured patiently during 10 years in oak casks, acquiring a soft texture and intense aromas, with complements of attractive nuts. Contains sulfites.

Quinta Seara D’Ordens 20 Anos Tawny
100% destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging of the various lots in oak barrels that make up this wine, on average, is over 20 years. Burgundy color with topaz reflections with bouquet aroma pronounced with notes of fruit like orange and plum, ends with notes of nuts and vanilla. Flavor velvety, rich, complex, with notes of spices and nuts. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Seara D’Ordens Extra Dry White
This Port is characterized by the balance between freshness and alcohol. Total disengagement and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Stage of 5 months in stainless steel and 2 months in bottle. It is a wine that allows to increase the varietal character of the grapes that were vinified, enhancing the aromas and the acidity of the wine. In the proof presents pale white color, fruity aroma and in the mouth very soft and fresh.
Poças Brig’s Rose
Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature with light skin maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit. Aging in stainless steel vats. Rosé color, very pleasant and fruity aroma, with notes of cherry and raspberry. Fresh, smooth, light and very fruity on the palate.
