The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with one day of pre-fermentation maceration followed by two days of fermentation. This superb Baron de Vilar Tawny of age aged and matured patiently during 10 years in oak casks, acquiring a soft texture and intense aromas, with complements of attractive nuts. Contains sulfites.
