Hand harvested and then transported in small boxes (max. 25kg). Maceration in stainless steel vat and vat at approx. from 29-31°C. Stage for 1 year in cask and bottled the second year. Deep color, nose where the tertiary aromas are well integrated with the freshness and youth given by the ripe black fruit! Good personality in the mouth, vigorous but very well integrated and harmonized with the volume and freshness given by the acidity.

Store this bottle in a horizontal and decent position before serving. Contains sulfites.
Sandeman Vintage 2018 Ruby
Deep, almost opaque color. Aroma of excellent complexity, with notes of spices, adding curry, pepper, ginger, red fruits and black fruits. The wine has a light touch of cocoa with a slightly stony finish, the result of good maturation. In the mouth it is intense and complex with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins with a very long and highly concentrated finish. Contains sulfites.
Dow’s Senhora da Ribeira Vintage 2019 com caixa Ruby
This typically floral wine, presents aromas of violets so characteristic of this terroir, with some secondary aromas of rockrose, well creased and elegant, reflecting the freshest profile of the year. Flavors of ripe black fruits, expressive and round at the same time, fill the palate, with polished tannins complementing the fruit and providing harmony to the structure. Bottled in May 2021, without filtration. Contains sulfites.
