The grapes (50% with stems) are fermented for four days in “lagares” with periodic foot treading. It ages for 20 months in stainless steel vats. Deep and powerful nose, with intense dark fruit aromas. Full-bodied flavor with ripe, soft tannins. Excellent structure and complexity, with a very long finish. Contains sulfites.
