Noval Black Tawny

A pleasant style where blackberry and red fruit flavours predominate on the palate. The finish is free of alcoholic connotations. Some of the grapes come from the vines of Quinta do Noval, the rest are from classified vineyards in the heart of the Douro valley. Part of the grapes are crushed in the traditional stone lagares of the Quinta. The other part is mechanically crushed in stainless steel vats. This mechanical pressing process was specifically designed for Noval, oriented to the needs of our technical team. It is aged for 2 years in oak casks and stainless steel vats to preserve the wine. Contains sulphites.
