Bright blackberry and caramel aromas complement juicy red and black fruit flavors. Great freshness and balance are complemented with moments of explosive peppery spices. Inspired by the Soho tradition, Ruby Soho brings a fruity touch and a spicy finish that is perfect for mixing simple portions and more ambitious cocktails. Graham’s Blend nº12 Ruby
Created predominantly from the famous Touriga Nacional variety, the wine is specifically intended for bars and non-traditional Port wine consumers. Blend Nº12 owes its name to the fact that the grapes used in its production – planted at higher levels – are harvested by hand in the middle of the night to guarantee maximum freshness. After harvesting, these grapes are fermented cold, in order to preserve their primary aromas and intensity. Unlike most Ruby Ports, Blend Nº12 has not aged in oak, being bottled young to maximize concentration and flavour. Contains sulfites.
