In the mouth it presents a good volume and a vibrant acidity where the notes of spices and crystalised fruit stand out, inviting to an extraordinarily long and elegant finish. This wine was produced under the watchful eye of a team led by Luis Sottomayor, who is known for his ageing and bottling of Porto wines.
