Manual harvesting, with transport in boxes of 30 kg. Fermentation at controlled temperature, interrupted by addition of wine spirit. Criterious stocking of premium quality Tawny Port wines, aged in hull, whose average age is 30 years. Color auburn to amber, intense aroma and concentrated to honey and nuts. Concentrated and soft palate, denoting a good balance between sweetness and the acidity typical of wines with age. Enveloping and with a long finish. Contains sulfites.
