Quinta do Piloto, located in the prestigious Palmela region, reflects the legacy of the Cardoso family, who since the early 20th century have preserved ancestral knowledge in the creation of fortified wines. This Moscatel de Setúbal 10 Year Old Superior is one of the great treasures of the Setúbal Peninsula, combining the freshness of the Arrábida mountains vineyards with the structure of the Poceirão grapes.
The production process is marked by tradition and patience. Ageing takes place in centenary chestnut barrels, resting on a “mother” over a century old. This method gives the wine unique depth and identity, elevating the typical complexity of the Moscatel de Setúbal grape to a superior level.
