Fermentation is stopped with the addition of Cognac brandy. Aging in used wooden casks. No bottle aging as it does not evolve after bottling. Amber color, aromas of apricot, yellow plum, apricot and orange zest. Notes of apricot, roasted hazelnut, very fresh and citrus, long and endless mouth. Very long end of test. Contains sulfites.

Fermented in the cement cell the must and benefited with wine spirit soon after the beginning of the fermentation.
