Blandy’s Sercial Vintage 1980
292,25 €
Blandy’s Sercial Vintage 1980 went through an aging process in old oak barrels, in the cellar’s warm attics, where it aged for 38 years. This process, known as “bed”, imparts unique aromas and flavors to the wine. After a few years the wine was transferred to cooler warehouses, continuing its smooth and natural aging until bottled. Bright crystalline, topaz color with greenish reflections. Very characteristic, ethereal and exuberant bouquet, very evident spice notes, citrus chutney, citrus candied fruit, notes of toasted oak. In the mouth it is dry, very fresh and citrus, a long volatile finish with strong notes of exotic wood, spices and old brandy. Contains sulfites.
