Interruption of fermentation through the addition of vinous alcohol (96%). This wine acquires its unique characteristics through the stewing process with a subsequent stage of 3 years in oak barrels before being blended and bottled. Light golden color. Notes of apricot jam, tropical fruit, honey and caramel. Elegant and smooth wine. Balanced finish between sweetness and freshness left by the acidity. Contains sulfites.
