Borba ACB Reserva Red is an exceptional fortified wine, deeply rooted in the unique terroir of the Alentejo. Produced from a rigorous selection of traditional red grape varieties from the Borba region, this wine originates from schist soils, where the grapes reach their maximum quality maturation.
Its vinification is marked by precision, with the grape masses processed in stainless steel lagares. The fermentation process is interrupted by adding carefully selected wine spirit, ensuring a perfect balance between alcohol and sweetness. To enhance its complexity, Borba ACB Reserva Red aged for 8 years in used French oak barrels, acquiring a refined and elegant structure.
