Description

Sidra Espumante Natural Quinta da Moscadinha – Madeiran tradition with fine bubbles

Sidra Espumante Natural Quinta da Moscadinha is an excellent cider produced on the Island of Madeira, from a rigorous selection of the best regional pear and apple varieties from the orchards of Camacha, on volcanic soils with a mild Atlantic climate.

The winemaking process begins with gentle crushing and pressing, cold decantation and first fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in bottle by the traditional method, where the cider remains for 9 months on lees before degorgement, resulting in a fine, elegant and persistent bubble.
