How to prepare:
- 50ml of Plantation 3 Stars Rum
- Juice of ½ lime
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- Fresh mint leaves
- Sparkling water
- Ice to taste
Gently muddle the mint with the sugar and lime juice. Add the rum, ice, and top up with sparkling water. Stir lightly. Serve with a lime slice and a mint sprig.
