This cider presents a bright amber color, aromas of dried fruit and wood, a creamy texture, and a harmonious balance between acidity and sweetness, with a very persistent finish.
It results from a second fermentation and aging in Madeira wine barrels, giving it a unique character.

This nectar from Canon-Fronsac belongs to the famous Jean Pierre Moueix of Château Pétrus, in Pomerol. The vineyards are planted with 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, producing this well-structured and balanced wine.
In this wine, we can find delicious floral notes, and on the palate, it has a very delicate behavior.

Our selection is guided by the experience and excellence of a sommelier with a distinguished trajectory in the world of wine. With a Sommellerie qualification from Turismo de Portugal and WSET, he brings to Cave Lusa vast knowledge acquired over years in the restaurant and hotel sector.
His career includes stints at some of the most prestigious gastronomic establishments, such as Quinta das Lágrimas and Mesa de Lemos, being recognized for his talent with a nomination for Sommelier of the Year in 2016 by WINE – Essência do Vinho.
In the same year, he took on the role of Head Sommelier and F&B Manager at the restaurant of the exclusive Hotel Areias do Sexeixo, in Santa Cruz (Torres Vedras, Lisbon), consolidating his reputation in the sector.
Today, it is this experience that gives rise to a distinct curation, designed to guide our clients with truly valuable sommelier tips, always with the aim of simplifying the choice of the right wine for every moment.
