Manual harvest. Grapes from a single vine of the Encruzado variety. Total destemming and pressing. Selection of grape must and after cooling and decanting at low temperature for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature and around 15ºC for 20 days under indigenous yeasts. This wine has no influence of aging in barrel. Crystalline in color with greenish nuances, this wine shows the authenticity of the grape variety, in a fresh and elegant way. Notes of pear and white flowers in the aroma. With a good volume in the mouth and structured, showing the toast of the barrel in harmony with an almost crunchy acidity and citric character.

Wild berries and deep complexity with well integrated wood. In the mouth it shows intense concentration, with firm tannins and excellent structure. Aged for 12 months in new French oak half barrels. Manual harvest in 15 Kg boxes. The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected on the manual sorting table. After crushing, they are trodden in marble vats with traditional foot treading. Transfer to stainless steel vats where the alcoholic fermentation ends. This is followed by 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. The aroma denotes a good concentration of very ripe fruit with a touch of vegetable like dried grass and truffles. Rich and voluminous fruit with soft tannins and a toasted and long finish.
