Quinta de Arcossó Late Harvest White
Quinta de Arcossó Late Harvest White is a true wine pearl, created with grapes selected from a special plot of 0.5 hectares in Arcossó, Vidago, in the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. Planted in 2017, this vineyard benefits from a privileged location on southeast-facing slopes, at an altitude of 450 meters, where the steep slope of 35% and the granite soil contribute to the uniqueness of the terroir.
Harvested late on November 16, the grapes had an exceptional concentration of flavors, intensified by Botrytis Cinerea, which gives the wine a unique complexity and richness. After alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine matured for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by an additional stage in the bottle for 12 months.
