Dark color fading to red to the edges of the glass. Suggestions of smoked wood and dark fruit. Good tear on the glass. Refreshing on the tip of the tongue. A little hot on the alate, a little acidity. Raisins, caramel and a little vanilla. strong long aftertaste with plenty of tannins. Contains sulfites.
Taittinger Comtes Brut Rose
Comtes Rose has a rich rose colour. The bubbles are extraordinarily delicate and form a wonderfully fine necklace of mousse. The nose is refined, fresh and young, revealing subtle and complex aromas of berries gently combining wild strawberries, morello cherries and blackcurrants. In the background blossoms a hint of fresh almonds and liquorice. The initial fruitiness quickly intensifies on the palate. The mid-palate is rich and structured, with a tannin tartness reminiscent of blackcurrant and red wine poached pears. The generous finish maintains balance and freshness. Still young, but already possessing great class, Comtes de Champagne Rosé Millésimé 2006 has a tannic structure that is becoming rounder and its depth and perfection are still improving. It is a wine for celebration and ceremony and is an ideal accompaniment for fruit desserts such as strawberries, Tarte Tatin or poached pears. Contains sulfites.

This wine translates a very personal reinterpretation of the tradition of White Ports of an old vineyard in the form of a singular white Douro. Taittinger Comtes Blanc de Blancs White
Color is pale yellow. The bubbles, very light and abundant, rise regularly to form a thin layer of foam. The nose, very pure, opens a contrast between an already affirmed intensity and a finesse that is revealed by aromas of pear, queen-claude, white flower. The intensity, is expressed with the aeration by an aromatic richness and maturity demonstrative of a wine already in the expression of its potential. In the mouth, the attack is lively, frank, precise, dominated by flavors of crystallized lemon zest and fresh pineapple. The finish, sour, expresses a good length. Belle Epoque Rosé has the acidity of the citrus fruits, the sweetness of the flowers, a unique style of multiple sensations. A floral signature, a refined and fruity bouquet of peony and Rosé. The power of the fruity and delicate notes of Pinot Noir from the Montagne terreir of Reims is responsible for 50% of the composition, while Pinot Meunier (5%) gives the fragrance of ripe red fruits along with roundness and balance.
