After this process the grapes are transferred to small French oak barrels where they ferment for about 10 days. The stage takes 15 months in used barrels of 225 liters, French oak. Excellent color, very lively. A very floral nose with citrus notes. In the mouth your floral profile stays and enchants with its softness. In the mouth it presents an extraordinary elegance, excellent acidity, with tannins present, but fine. Contains Sulfites.

A blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties. It has excellent color, very vivid. Floral aromas combined with red and wild fruits. Fills the mouth with intense notes of fruit, showing a very fresh and complex long aftertaste. Accompanies complex dishes, red meat and game meat.

It comes from vines planted with the Baga variety in granite soil. The grapes are not de-stemmed and only partially crushed. Malolactic fermentation and aging takes place in 500 liter barrels. Lightly loaded open color. Aromas of forest and wild fruits, in a combination of great vivacity and freshness. Smooth and very long aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

Meandro do Vale Meão White

After slight crushing the grapes are subjected to a thermal shock, followed by passing through a traditional vertical press. The wort is transferred to small capacity wine tanks with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine stems on the lees for seven months. As a result of traditional pressing, the wine has an intense greenish color. In it we can find the vibrant acidity of Arinto combined with the living fruit of the Rabigato. The mouth surprises by the density and freshness. Contains Sulfites.
