Skin maceration for 12 hours, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25ºC and aging for 6 months in French oak barrels, 20% new and 80% used, measuring 225 and 300 liters. Intense ruby, notes of ripe black fruit, spices and light toast. In the mouth it is fruity, vegetal with soft tannins and a fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

Skin maceration for 24 hours at 10ºC, fermentation at 15ºC and aging in the bottle for 3 months. Citrus color with greenish hints, citrus aromas, stone fruit in the mouth is fresh citrus, good volume in the mouth and medium acidity. Contains sulfites.

Herdade da Candeeira Encruzado White

Pellicular maceration for 24 hours at 10 degrees, 40% fermented in French oak barrels with 1 month of battonage on fine lees. Citrine color, on the nose notes of wet stone, citrus, white flowers. In the mouth it is unctuous, citric, fresh and mineral.
