In the style of a Grand Cru, La Demoiselle can age in bottle for 8 to 10 years. This is a wine to discover over time due to its intriguing evolution. In the early years, the fruit of the Sauvignon grape dominates with a discreet touch of terroir and small notes of wood at the end. Over time, the sensations become more homogeneous, the more expressive terroir and the evolved Sauvignon shows us its complex (and, unfortunately, very rare) aromatic palate. Henri Bourgeois Sancerre Les Baronnes White
It is on the clay-limestone slopes located in the hills west of Sancerre that "Les Baronnes" gives the most successful expression of its aromatic palette and its complexity. Controlled yields and vigor, grass coverage between rows, use of organic fertilizers, input limitation, everything is done to ensure that the grapes are as perfect as possible. Domaine Bonnard Pouilly Fumé White
The wine is made in the Loire Valley, from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, which is immediately noticeable in the aroma, full of notes of green vegetable, cut grass and a slight tropical note of passion fruit.
