Manual harvesting with selection of berries and cooling of the bunches. After the desired temperature, soft pressing with low pressures and fermentation of 70% in small capacity stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures and 30% in 500L French oak barrels. Aging 70% in stainless steel and 30% in 500L French oak barrels for 9 months. Clear citrus color to straw. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, with nuances of wood to stand out with the agitation. Mouth with aromas of tropical fruit where mango and pineapple are more evident, together with more specific aromas of honeysuckle and ripe grapefruit. An extremely balanced wine with excellent acidity and a balance between minerality and fruit, with a long finish with a wooden finish. Contains sulfites.
Aveleda Parcela Convento White

After the desired temperature, soft pressing with low pressures and 100% fermentation in small stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures. 100% stainless steel aging for 9 months. Clear citrus color to straw. Very lush aromas of white flowers, passion fruit and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is a very concentrated, yet smooth wine that reveals notes of floral, ripe passion fruit, grapefruit, lime peel. A wine that takes care of the senses and with an excellent balance between fruit, minerality and acidity. Contains sulfites.

Clear citrus color to straw. Very elegant and smooth aroma. There are notes of tropical fruit, ripe grapefruit and white flowers. Tasty in the mouth with a velvety and balanced by good acidity. Reveals notes of ripe grapefruit, notes of mango and pineapple and light floral. Long, harmonious and tasty finish. Very clean wine, with aromatic intensity where tropical notes and ripe citrus are evident, making this wine very elegant but concentrated. With a long and harmonious finish. Contains sulfites.

Reveals aromas of ripe grapefruit, some tropical fruit and peach. Very clean wine, with mineral notes are evident in this wine making it very elegant and concentrated, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
