The grapes are harvested by hand. Stalking and crushing are followed by injection of cooling and inert gas. Free juices are selected. Alcoholic fermentation at 14ºC. Pale color with translucent reflections. Pointed notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. Palate complex with an exceptional freshness and finesse that offer notes of pink grapefruit and white peach.
