Total destemming followed by slight cold crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (20 to 22 degrees) for 7 days with daily manual overtakes. On the palate the ripe fruit begins the test, followed by the acidity and very pleasant structure. Voluminous, with a soft and prolonged finish. Contains Sulfites.
